I WOULD like to pass on my sincere thanks to the two motorists who noticed my son being involved in an altercation with another boy on April 27, close to Currys/Argos at Clifton Moor.
Particular thanks to the motorist in a white Vauxhall type car who took the time to turn around and drive back to confront the boy who was assaulting my son. In this day and age, many people would just drive past, thinking it was just “lads being lads” and not realise that something more serious was happening. Thankfully, despite being pushed to the ground and suffering a blow to the head, my son was okay and following a check-over in A&E just had symptoms of concussion.
