WHEN the “splash palace” has gone could the no-man’s land that is Parliament Street provide a suitable location for the next incarnation of the big wheel?

Before apoplexy grips some readers, just remember it would only stay for a couple of years or so.

What a “point de vue” that would give! Well, that’s my point of view. Discuss.
