WHAT kind of a world have some of these politicians and decision makers been brought up in?

To be cutting funds that help blind and partially blind people is an act of gross inhumanity. I know because my mum is partially blind.

The judgement of a civilised country is how it looks after the elderly, children and disabled, yet this country which used to pride itself in being a compassionate society is robbing the most vulnerable to fill the pockets of the rich.

The people who make these decisions ought to be ashamed.
