IN DR Roger Pierce, the people of Hull Road ward have had an excellent councillor. He has worked tirelessly for the well being of the ward, spending at least one day a week there and making himself easily accessible to residents. The first time I met him he was picking up litter in the ward. A very high benchmark has been set for his successor. Thank you, Roger, and every good wish for the future.
