WE would like to pay a tribute to Jack Archer, who was a member of the Over-60s Club in the Memorial Hall, Poppleton Road.
He enjoyed going out on our coach outings, having a game of bingo and a natter over tea and biscuits. He was always willing to give advice if he could.
Jack will never be replaced, and will be missed in Holgate and York city council and for all the good work he did for the organisations he was connected with.
