Thanks for helping

Please may I thank the people on the Number Six bus going into town last Tuesday morning for looking after me when I collapsed, and for staying with me until the ambulance arrived.

I also appologise for interrupting their journey. I am fine now.

John Slingsby, Deanhead Grove, York.

• I WOULD like to say a big thank-you to Paul, of Copmanthorpe, who kindly gave me a lift home after my fall on Bishopthorpe Road on Sunday, January 31.

Once again, many thanks for kindness shown.

D Grewer, Reginald Grove, York.
