IS it not about time that the British Government and the European leaders accepted that a small majority of the British people voted to leave the European Union (resign, not divorce)?
Resignation does not allow for talks on how this is to take place, the resignee tends to just walk away and not look back.
If Europe wishes to continue trading with the UK, then it knows where we are.
