WILL you go yellow and support Hospice Care Week?
This week is Hospice Care Week, an annual awareness-raising week aiming to raise the profile of hospice care and celebrate the diverse range of people involved in providing and supporting hospice care.
Tomorrow, there is the chance for everyone to get involved, whether that’s in their own home, workplace or school, with a national ‘go yellow for hospice care’ day.
We’d love for as many people as possible to wear a bright yellow accessory or go all out with head-to-toe yellow, decorate their work space, hold a yellow-themed bake sale or just let their imagination run wild.
Help us raise awareness of hospice care in York and all across the UK. Then share your efforts with us on social media.
Let’s go yellow together.
Dawn Clements, Director of fundraising, St Leonard's Hospice, Tadcaster Road, York
