THE political mess that we are in is a direct result of the inflexible EU who have plunged us into turmoil.
We’ve lost David Cameron and almost a second prime minister and the country is almost like the Italian Job.
The Conservatives need to up their game as it’s obvious that the young are disaffected.
The misery of the financial crash of 2008 is still with us.
We now have a very divided country between ‘them’ and ‘us’ that exponentially drifts further and further apart.
I am a capitalist - but I must be old fashioned because I like fairness. Our public services are essential - not an add-on.
I’m not an economist but if you earn nowt you spend nowt and then the government gets nowt.
It’s nine years since the financial crash - nearly twice as long as the last two world wars which saw human and material devastation on a scale of infinity - so why are we still applying austerity?
If I hear again “we are now the sixth (it was fifth) biggest economy in the world” I shall scream because I don’t feel or see the evidence.
Where does all the UK money go?
What have our young people got to look forward to?
A massive debt for educating themselves to be useful; a small box to live in that requires two working full time to pay for it and grandparents worn out by bringing up a second family to help the kids survive.
