SO York is a new City of Human Rights, as we’ve been told by the University of York. Good bit of marketing that.
I agree with Carole Tucker’s letter (April 22) and so do many in the UK.
Well, I’d just like to ask, in view of the city’s new status, will the Viking Festival still be going ahead?
