Has a building ever received as many delays and reviews, and consultations as this?
The stadium will be a great asset to the city, a stadium for people to be proud of.
It will give the option of England Under-18 games and such to be played there, as well as a myriad of other opportunities for other sports.
In the immortal words of Monty Python: “Get on with it.”
