AT last, the long-awaited Brexit speech from Theresa May, and it did not disappoint.

Prime Minister May spelled it out very clearly to the hoards of EU diplomats and press exactly what the terms are for Britain leaving the EU.

No single market, so a stop to uncontrolled immigration; court rulings and justice returns to our shores; and free trade allowing Britain to trade with the world, to name three red lines not to be crossed.

It was also made clear that the EU will have more to lose than us if they decide to play stupid games and try to punish us for daring to want to leave the EU mess.

Any British MPs, such as the wet behind the ears Liberal Democrat Tim Farron, still bubbling about wanting another referendum will pay with their jobs at the ballot box if they continue to thwart the leaving process.
