UNINTENDED consequences? Last Friday at 8.50am, traffic approaching the city centre queued the whole length of Heworth Green.
The main reason for this was the traffic being held at the red light at Eboracum Way. At 3.50pm all the traffic was clogged up on the Foss Bank roundabout and all approach roads including Lowther Street. This was once again caused by the traffic lights.
Is somebody in charge here? Are these changes monitored?
