TRAFFIC congestion is a blight on our beautiful city.
Why does City of York Council not impose a levy on businesses which give parking permits to their staff?
Apparently this has helped to ease congestion in Nottingham and has not adversely affected business.
Surely a polluted, congested city is not attractive to anyone.
