IT is just over 50 years since the first houses were built in the Foxwood area and there is increasing interest in 20th century history.

Foxwood Residents Association have set up a local history group - What was here before? - to document the history of the area and have already put up an information board on Chesney Fields.

We are now keen to hear from residents past and present who have any memories, old photographs, maps etc of the area that they would like to share with us.
