PHILIP ROE accuses MPs of arrogance (Letters, September 12) and says they don’t have the right or power to overturn the referendum.
Oh, yes they do.
The law is very clear on that.
The EU referendum was advisory, not binding. Legally, they can ignore it, but politically?
That’s a different question we don’t yet know the answer to.
