FOSSY’S Flossys has been a fixture in Huntington Road since the Boxing Day floods.
The food van set up by Michaela Robinson and her daughter Jade has served countless free meals and hot drinks to flood victims, emergency workers and (for a donation) contractors repairing flooded homes and businesses. They’ve also been a shoulder to cry on for those struggling to get their lives back together.
Now, six months on, the pair have finally decided to call it a day.
They’ll be sadly missed: but they’ve more than done their share. Well done the Flossys.
