YET another part of our society, the Major Cities, is complaining that any Brexit risks the removal of any EU funding.

This comes hard on the heels of the universities, farmers etc all complaining about this risk.

When will these groups understand that the EU has no money? It extracts money from the member states and then decides how it gives this money back.

In the case of the UK not all the money is returned and it has to pay towards the huge EU bureaucracy to manage this money-go-round.

Then, to add insult, the EU requires the member state to publicise the fact that it has generously supported any particular scheme or project.

The sooner we get out of this madness, the better.
