AFTER assessing the facts, including evidence of police negligence and corruption, the jury at the inquest of the 96 victims of the 1989 Hillsborough stadium disaster concluded that they were unlawfully killed.
As reader Ken Barnes still believes that 500 rampaging football fans were responsible for the deaths of their fellow supporters, perhaps he should consider a change of vocation and apply for the vacant position of chief constable of South Yorkshire.
