Flying Scotsman on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway
I HAVE just received The Press’ excellent supplement on the Flying Scotsman.
Every schoolboy in America knows that its number is 4472, not 60103; it doesn’t have a double chimney or windshields and it is apple green in colour.
Can’t those nice folks at your railroad museum restore it to LNER condition, the way God intended?
