ONCE again David Cameron has played the religion card, preaching to us how we should embrace “Christian values”.
Since when did Christianity, or any religion, hold the monopoly on values?
Even I, as an irreligious secular atheist, hold values shared by the majority of human beings on this planet.
Perhaps politicians should realise that, in an increasingly secular society, they should keep their religious beliefs separate from politics.
