WITH reference to the letter “Young people will be hit the hardest” (The Press, February 9).
How low would this contributor have the voting age for Brexit – 15, 12, 10 or why not even six years old?
Her 15-year-old daughter is not qualified to play a part in this as she is a school child without experience of anything outside of parental care, neither has she paid any financial contributions into the ever grasping coffers of the EU.
Brexit will allow us to reclaim our borders, remove foreign criminals, invest more money in the NHS, provide better education and facilities and rid us of the existing human rights act to be replaced with one which encompasses true justice for victims of violence etc and help for genuine refugees who will integrate.
Another good reason is ensuring that what happened in Cologne, Hamburg and Stuttgart will never happen on our streets. This has stricken fear into women throughout Europe. My parents were immigrants to this country a long time ago and my vote of thanks will be to vote for Brexit.
