ON Monday, the Chancellor paid the cook £9 to provide three meals.
On Tuesday, the Chancellor paid the cook £6 to provide three meals.
On Wednesday, the Chancellor paid the cook £3 to provide three meals and invited extra guests.
On Thursday, there was no cook.
And that is what will happen to the NHS, unless it is paid Monday’s prices.
