LITTLE Harvey Thompson has finally lost his brave fight against cancer.
The Foxwood six-year-old underwent gruelling surgery for a brain tumour, and even travelled to the United States for proton therapy.
But doctors confirmed in June his cancer was terminal, and he passed away last week.
At least Harvey's last couple of months were happy. Parents Dave and Kerrie made the most of their remaining time with him. There was a family holiday in Cleethorpes, and a visit to Thomas Land.
Harvey's courage touched many. Those who attend his funeral next week have been asked to wear colourful clothes. We're sure the fun-loving little boy would have liked that.
