HOT TOPIC: Time for heads to roll over stadium delays
The latest delay in producing a new home for the Knights and York City, which has been rumbling on since Victoria was a girl it seems, comes as no surprise to we who have tried to understand the Kafkaesque situation since it began so long ago.
Surely it is time for heads to roll.
Funny how the posh new shops were completed without the stadium's delays!
