Police says Lee Lyons could have survived crashing his sister's' BMW, if he had buckled up. But being three times over the drink drive limit probably meant his mind was elsewhere.

This easily avoided tragedy is being played out every day on our roads and despite many campaigns, some people still think alcohol doesn't impair their driving.
