Although I was not born in York, I married a York girl (or lass as we Londoners say) so I regard myself as a York citizen.
I want free access to the Art Gallery and Museums, free journeys on the buses, free books from the library, free beer in York pubs, free milk from the supermarkets, free water from fountains in Parliament Street, a free market, free lighting in the evenings, free theatre, free cinema, free lavatories and reduced council tax (if any indeed). Is this too much to ask? I think not!
Join today my crusade: Everything Free, Pay Nothing! York's Favourite Price.
Yours for nothing,
Philip Johnson Greencliffe Drive, Clifton, York
