APPARENTLY there is a housing crisis in York, so why couldn’t the St Leonards project have been costed and altered to include social housing?
The headlines in The Press (June 19) say it all - Crescenting - York, Belgravia and Bath - and with a starting price of £267,000 to £1.58m it is obvious where the targets are, and it certainly isn’t the York citizens trying to buy or rent a home.
