EVERYONE makes mistakes – the last council made several, but the one on everyone’s lips at the moment is the market.

Firstly the ridiculous amount of money spent on revamping and secondly not listening to the general public, people who live here and the stall holders themselves as to what they all want.

Put it back to where it started off – right in the centre and people will be drawn to it, you can’t help but shop, look and buy.

Come on City of York Council, make this one of your first major decisions. The people of York (your people) will be delighted.
