WHAT an upside down world we seem to live in.

I was always led to believe that hospitals were introduced and built to treat the ill. In today’s supposed modern society, we are informed that if you fall ill with a virus you should not attend hospital until you have been clear of the virus for at least 48 hours. While I understand the nasty aspects of viruses and how they are easily spread, what is an afflicted person supposed to do?

It appears that the only approach is to suffer in silence when in fact the illness that an individual is suffering from may not be a virus and may indeed be something far more serious.
