MY heart is running over with gratitude. The Prime Minister has pledged that his party will cap the cost of regulated rail fares at the rate of inflation.
As The Press reported on Tuesday, April 14, that inflation is about to turn into zero, how much will that save the average commuter?

Well done Prime Minister. It appears that you are living up to your normal duplicitous standards by means of giving but not giving. It captures headlines, but it actually means nothing.
