HAVING seen the proposed cost of a congestion commission, it occurred to me that most people who travel in and out of York would have a view on congestion so why not ask them?
Most people would be able to identify the locations they see as the worst and give suggestions as to improvements.
Surely the people that use the roads are best placed to pinpoint improvements, not some remote committee.
