I FIND it strange indeed that newspapers still seem to have to print four-letter words as just one letter, followed by dot, dot, dot, while some high street shops freely use this unsavoury language in full on greeting cards, Christmas wrapping paper (yes, even that), books, T-shirts and gifts.
In fact, it seems these words are their products main, if not only, selling point.
You name it, they display it.
I realise these are so-called trendy shops, and foul language sells and is considered ‘cool’ by some. But these shops are visited by parents with children too, so how can they get away with openly displaying goods with words of this nature?
Surely these shops should all carry the adults-only warning?
