THE letter from Paul Abbott, (The Press, October 22), is factually incorrect. He states when expounding on Ukip that if you vote Ukip, you get what you vote for.
If that is the case, how come his party leader has just signed up in the European Parliament with an extreme right wing MEP, from Poland’s Congress of the Right Party, who states that Hitler never knew about the Holocaust and has told a newspaper reporter that men hitting their wives can “help them come back down to earth”.
I did warn that a similar move was likely, in a letter to The Press in June of this year when I pointed out that Nigel Farage’s election agent in 2005 was a former branch organiser of the National Front.
