I THINK there must be an election coming. In your pages on Saturday I noted such comments as “where residents can see what decisions are being made and how their money is spent” and “working together for the benefit of the city”.
Wow, how wonderful that our city councillors are now stating what Ukip has been saying since its inception. How amazing that they are finally grasping that politicians work for the people and not the other way round.
Could it be that the influence of Clacton, Heywood and Middleton, Rochester and the PCC election in South Yorkshire is now making these former self and party-serving bureaucrats sit up and realise the truth?
All I ask is that, come next May, the people remember what havoc has been reeked here by both LibDems and Labour, and vote for real change, both in the local and general election. Vote Ukip, get Ukip.
