Cancer support
THE next meeting of the York Haematology Support Group for patients, families, carers and friends dealing with blood cancers will be held on Thursday at 7pm at Huntington Working Men’s Club.
The guest speaker is Nickey Bate from Leukaemia CARE, a charity which helps people with blood and lymphatic cancers. We are a friendly, informal and informative group and newcomers are always welcome, just turn up on the night. There is ample free parking.
