Beyond belief
THE arrogance of the Labour council regarding the repayments of fines for the crossing of Lendal Bridge is beyond belief (it was never a bus lane).
Do they think that everyone has access to a computer? It’s time they gave people the courtesy of refunding their money back, automatically.
