THE Press of July 29 reports that drunks are putting A&E under pressure at the weekend.
It would appear that staff suffer verbal abuse, with security having to be called.
Such troublemakers should be banned from having any treatment in future at York Hospital. In fact a law should be introduced saying that A&E departments will not treat people who are drunk. A&E departments should have not to put up with this type of behaviour.
Anyway keep up the good work in A&E. You do a marvellous job.
