ED MILIBAND promises there will be no return to the tax-and-spend policies of past Labour governments.
The Labour leader says such a move would not solve the UK’s economic problems. He also says Labour would be more radical than in the past: freezing energy prices, raising the Minimum Wage, and building more homes.
Fine, but we have heard all this before. Labour in York have proposed a plan for more houses here. This does not make sense as all the prosed housing is on green-belt land As for Labour nationally, it’s the big unions who rule the party, and while they are hanging around Mr Miliband’s neck, he can say what he wants, but they rule the roost.
