CONGRATULATIONS to Nigel Worthington and York City FC for a superb finish to the 2014 season.
After being in the dangerous situation before Christmas 2013, of being just above the relegation zone in League Two, the run of games this year has surely been one of the best in the football leagues.
Owing to various reasons I have not been able to watch them this year, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching both matches against Fleetwood on Sky TV.
I couldn't believe that their defence was so good, and certainly must have contributed to their fine record this year.
However, I was very disappointed with the lack of threat up front, and Nigel needs to concentrate on finding some proven goal scorers if we are to get promoted in 2015.
