So-called speed limit
WE HAVE just seen the council fall flat on its face by ignoring public opinion over Lendal Bridge and wasting an awful lot of money in the process.
Now, the council wants to spend £235,000 on the next stage of the unpopular 20mph “speed” limit.
Will they never learn?
