REGARDING your report of April 9 about the cyclist who made a video to show how many bad cyclists there were on the road, would it be possible to make one for motorists too?

For instance, it could highlight those who believe indicators are only for others to use. Or those who think fog lights are a fashion accessory.

Equally annoying are those who stop on the opposite side of the road facing oncoming traffic at night with their headlights dipped not realising in that position those very same headlights are actually blinding oncoming drivers. Taxis tend to do this a lot but they are by no means the only offenders.

What else? Oh yes. Stopping where the Highway Code says to give way. This is particularly frustrating at roundabouts when the car in front stops despite there being no sign of anything coming.

Last but by no means least are those drivers who have no idea how to use motorways and not only those who insist on driving in middle and outside lanes even if the inside lane is empty, but those who think it’s okay to drive at 40mph on a road where everyone else is trying to do 60 or 70.
