I READ your Food for Thought column in The Press of April 7 and I commend the chef, Chris Holder, for his 7 of 7 a day green frittata with goats cheese.
My problem is that, for a four-person serving, the recipe requires only 40g of each vegetable. However the Department of Health advises that a portion is 80g of each green vegetable.
Logically therefore I would have to eat the equivalent of eight portions of this meal every day to fulfil this need.
Is it me, or are the latest suggestions on healthy eating daft?
