End cruelty
I FULLY agree with Philip Roe on the disgusting behaviour of Aiden Burley MP (Letters, February 13).
I have visited Auschwitz and it took me at least three days to get over what I saw and some of our group longer than that.
I object to cruelty being used as entertainment, the same as I object to judges handing out lenient sentences for acts of cruelty.
As a civilised society, we have a duty to protect ourselves from every going back to those dark ages.
