How green is our PM?

York Press: How green is our PM? How green is our PM?

DAVID Cameron was spot-on when he declared he was going to be the greenest Prime Minister ever. Green as in naïve, that is.

Got to say that Mr Robb's has a point. The PM did indeed say those words and I suspect he believed it at the time.
The reality three years later, in the PM's words is 'Green Cr*p'. Yes it's expensive and poor people are going cold broke.
We still have a long way to go to undo the damage done by the influence of the Green lobby but at least it's starting to happen. But how did our politicians ever fall for such rubbish and at such high costs?

The reality of Cameron's unfulfilled green rhetoric can be seen in the announcement that the planned improvements at Eggborough won't go ahead, costing 2000 planned jobs and putting 800 existing ones at risk.
