TO ALL collectors, I thought it was most unfair to accuse Marks & Spencer of a lack of sympathy to collectors standing in their doorway (The Press, March 7).
In the many years I have occupied that position, I have always received the utmost courtesy and in inclement weather the occasional hot drink.
