THANK you to all at ward 29 at York Hospital.
I would like to thank the surgeon and all the nurses who cared for me after a second hip operation.
The care and kindness shown throughout my three-week stay in hospital was wonderful.
Some members of staff have some really thankless jobs, but I found that nothing was too much trouble.
I would also like to thank the aftercare from the support workers and physiotherapists who helped me to make a full recovery, enabling me to get out and about again and back to my normal life.
A big thank-you to you all from a very happy 97-year old.
