MY husband and I attended the Christmas party at Rawcliffe Recreational Hall on for the Silver Oldies.
There was an assortment of drinks that kept flowing throughout, an excellent meal, a jovial MC and entertainment by the Merry Bank singers, who were fabulous. Everyone was happy, there were about 80 people and the helpers could not do enough for us. Each one had a gift to take home.
These people worked so hard to set it up and look after us. We want them to know that we fully appreciated their kindness and caring.
