Some clean advice

IF PEOPLE want volunteers to keep the city clean, why not put those on community service to good use?

York is a beautiful city and looks better “clean”. Tons of autumn leaves could be cleared as well as litter. A brush would clean the streets much better than the small wagon that does the gutters.

I keep my property, front and back clean and tidy. Not everyone does.

Why use those who have supposedly committed a crime when the government can use those claiming benefits, its stops them looking for jobs that never exist, but jobs the government claim do exist.
