Vegan message
9:39am Wednesday 31st October 2012 in Letters By Reader's letter
November is Vegan Month and this year we are encouraging compassionate people everywhere to register for the Great Vegan Challenge.
Vegans don’t consume any animal products and this can be for a variety of good reasons – their health, for animals or for the planet.
The number of vegans worldwide is increasing fast as the benefits are becoming increasingly well known.
Alicia Silverstone, Thom Yorke, Moby, Benjamin Zephaniah, Bryan Adams, Chrissie Hynde, Martin Shaw, Michelle Pfeiffer, Russell Brand, Bill Clinton and three British MPs are all vegan.
Why not join them by taking the Great Vegan Challenge 2012, and trying this compassionate and healthy diet for 30 days?
Find out more and register at govegan.org.uk
